Cinnamon Apple Cake..

It's fall and we went apple picking...and I made my favorite apple apple dessert

Cinnamon Apple Cake
This cake is super moist and super delicious!
I'm not a cake person, but this is something else.

Cinnamon Apple Cake

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup sugar - keep separate
6 ounces block style fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or stick margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of cinnamon - mix with 1/4 cup sugar above
3 cups of chopped apples - about 2 large ( I used 3)

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Beat 1 1/2 cups of sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla at medium speed.
For about 4 minutes.  Add eggs one at a time, mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt, mix.
Put apples in a separate bowl and add 2 tablespoon cinnamon mixture.
Stir apple mixture into batter.
Pour batter into a 8 inch springform pan covered with cooking spray, sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of pan.
Cool cake completely on a wire rack.
